Work on Nicaragua Canal delayed again
Construction works for the USD 50 billion Nicaragua Canal will not start before Q1/2016, because new environmental mitigation measures have arisen.
UK-based Environmental Resources Management, one of the canal's companies assigned to assess the environmental impacts, has recommended four additional studies to identify new mitigation requirements.
