ACS reports record surge in Singapore

Private charter demand in Asia has outpaced the global average this year, with Air Charter Service (ACS) recording a 61% rise in charter flights and a 155% increase in revenue from its Singapore office in the first nine months of 2025.

CEO Brendan Toomey attributed the growth to Singapore’s strengthening position as a regional business and aviation hub, as more global firms relocate their headquarters from Hong Kong. "By the end of this year, we’re set to reach record levels of charter numbers and revenue — our best since opening in 2020," he said. Cargo demand between Cambodia and Thailand also contributed to results.

The update comes just ahead of Air Cargo Southeast Asia which opens in Singapore in a week's time, on 29 October, where the city-state’s growing role in regional aviation will be in the spotlight. (ah)
