Aircargonet to represent AirBaltic Cargo in Germany

Aircargonet International has been appointed as the new general sales and service agent (GSSA) for AirBaltic in Germany.

Following a successful tender process, the family-owned GSSA will now oversee cargo sales, capacity control, bookings and product marketing for the Latvian carrier, which operates out of Riga airport's ‘Baltic Cargo Hub’.

“We’re very proud to support AirBaltic in the German market and thank them for their trust,” Aircargonet CEO Max Lederer said. The partnership enhances Aircargonet’s position in Europe and strengthens AirBaltic’s market reach.

AirBaltic operates a fleet of 50 Airbus A220s and flies to nearly 130 destinations in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Aircargonet, based near Frankfurt airport, has providing air cargo services to international carriers since 1999 and is certified to handle dangerous goods, pharma and oversized cargo. (ah)
