Arkas Line and Cnan Med join forces
The Turkey-headquartered Arkas Line has rearranged its service offerings by a new slot charter agreement (SCA) with the Algerian state-owned company Cnan Med to increase its capacity from West Med ports to Algerian ports.
As from the end of November, the new OEX Service (Oran Express), AEX Service (Algiers Express) and BEX Service (Bejaia Express) will replace the current WOS service (West Med Oran Service ) and the IAS service (Italy Algiers Service) of Arkas Line.
The port rotation of the AEX Service is Marinda di Carrara, Genoa (Messina), Marseille (Socoma), Barcelona (Port Nou), Castellon (Noatum), Valencia (APMT) and Algiers. The ports called by the OEX Service are Valencia (APMT), Barcelona (Port Nou and Oran. The route of the BEX Service covers Marina di Carrara, Marseille (Socoma), Barcelona (Port Nou + APMT), Bejaia and Ora. (fd)
