Cargo Connections london gathering
The Cargo Connections' 2025 annual assembly in London brought together global members for three days of business, networking and celebration from 29-31 October. The event combined productive one-to-one meetings with a welcoming social atmosphere. Delegates reconnected with partners, met new members and explored business opportunities in a collaborative environment, with participants praising the organisation and spirit of the gathering.
Alongside the business agenda, a series of memorable social events encouraged networking and camaraderie. The programme opened with a lively Welcome Games & Dinner Night featuring casino-style games, entertainment and a three-course dinner. A highlight was the dinner at the Underglobe beneath Shakespeare’s Globe, complete with live performances and music, followed by a relaxed farewell evening at a traditional English pub. The London edition of the annual assembly successfully strengthened ties within the network and set the tone for another exciting gathering next year in Oman.
Based in the UK, Cargo Connections was formed in 2014 by Rachel Crawford. Cargo Connections is an ISO certified freight network offering a restricted representation policy, which means membership will only be offered to a limited number of forwarders who offer freight forwarding services in each country.
