Contract renewal boosts Malta’s global cargo reach

KM Malta Airlines has renewed its total cargo management (TCM) contract with Network Airline Services (NAS) after a competitive tender process.

The Maltese national carrier operates around 280 weekly flights with eight Airbus A320neo aircraft to 18 direct destinations from Malta and connects via interline agreements with 18 partner airlines to more than 400 cities worldwide.

NAS, the GSSA division of Network Aviation Group, provides sales and service support from offices in key cargo markets. Both partners aim to further grow Malta’s airfreight volumes, building on a long-standing cooperation. NAS aims to continue to identify new global cargo customers for KMMA, whose executive chairman David Curmi (left, with NAS CEO Jonathan Clark) underlined their shared commitment to offering reliable cargo services to and from Malta.
