PSA Singapore and Cosco have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore collaboration on warehouse and logistics services at the upcoming 'PSA supply chain hub' at Tuas (Singapore).

The facility, located in the free-trade zone alongside Tuas Port, is scheduled to open in 2027 and will integrate container freight stations, a regional distribution centre, cold store and dangerous goods handling in one building.

PSA aims to combine its port-centric ecosystem with Cosco’s shipping and logistics network. Seow Hwee, head of port systems for Southeast Asia at PSA, said that "this collaboration reinforces PSA’s efforts to strengthen key nodes and to build resilient systems, while leveraging Singapore’s strategic position as a global logistics and transhipment hub."
