DHL upgrades customer portal


DHL upgrades its customer portal to improve on its usability, resilience, and sustainability. The portal, dubbed My DHLi, currently serves over 20,000 customers. The new My DHLi virtual assistant is powered by Gen AI and enables access to information through a 24/7 chatbot.

 

My DHLi Track, a feature of the portal, has been redesigned to provide details about shipment statuses, locations, time stamps, and customs declarations. The company will also use a new customer support centre to further improve customer guidance.

 

Another new feature is the filtered search for “exceptions”, enabling customers to quickly identify unforeseen changes. Thanks to improved analytics, carbon emissions can be better monitored and even reduced with the Go Green Plus service. (mk)
