DKV Mobility restructures leadership team
DKV Mobility has reshaped its executive management, appointing Vibeke Bak Solok (photo) as chief financial officer effective 1 October 2025. She succeeds Peter Meier, who decided not to renew his contract after six years.
At the same time, Jesper Erichsen joins the management board as chief technology and operating officer, alongside CEO Sebastian Klauke. Chair of the supervisory board Jan Fischer said the appointments reflect DKV Mobility’s focus on digital transformation and innovation.
Bak Solok previously held senior roles at Lunar Bank, Danske Bank and PwC, while Erichsen has served as CIO at LeasePlan, TNT/FedEx, DSV and Arla Foods. Based in Ratingen (Germany), DKV Mobility operates Europe’s leading B2B platform for on-the-road payment and mobility services across 50 countries. (ah)
