ECS Group strengthens Americas leadership
ECS Group has appointed João Ferreira as its new Regional Commercial Director – Americas, reinforcing its growth ambitions across one of the world’s most dynamic cargo markets.
With nearly 30 years in the GSSA sector, Ferreira will oversee commercial strategy in North and Latin America, aligning airline partners’ goals with enhanced customer experience. "The Americas offer significant opportunities. We’ll strengthen relationships, build strong teams, and empower our people to achieve tangible results," he said.
Ferreira aims to unite the mature U.S. market with Latin America’s strong growth potential, using ECS’s digital tools to drive data-based decisions. CEO Jean Ceccaldi highlighted the move as "a clear step toward sustainable growth and stronger customer partnerships across the Americas." (ah)
