Eva Air secures prestigious certifications
Eva Air, along with Evergreen Air Cargo Services (Egac) and Evergreen Airline Services (Egas), has attained dual Iata Ceiv certifications for fresh and live animals, complementing their Ceiv lithium batteries accreditation. This achievement places them among the few global airline systems to hold three distinct certifications for airline operations, freight warehousing and ground handling. It highlights their integrated capabilities and commitment to high-quality service in specialised freight transport.
With these new certifications, Eva Air now holds four Iata Ceiv accreditations, including Ceiv pharma. Egac is the first airfreight operator in Taiwan to receive Ceiv fresh certification, ensuring optimal handling for perishables. Furthermore, Eva Air and Egac work to uphold high standards in live animal transport, recently facilitating the intercontinental transport of a male Bongo antelope to the Taipei zoo. This further illustrates Eva Air's dedication to wildlife conservation and reliable logistics for global customers.
