Facelift for big box warehouse
Logicor has completed a comprehensive refurbishment of its 23'051 sqm distribution warehouse facility near Bristol (UK). The property, which is available for immediate occupation, also offers 1,260 sqm of offices.
The highly specified warehouse includes 23 loading doors, 12.5 m high eaves, lighting and sprinklers and a 60 m deep yard. The property also benefits from additional expansion land which could be used to extend the existing building or create additional lorry, van or car parking as required.
The warehouse is situated in south west England’s favourite logistics location. The Central Park distribution zone is already home to a number of blue chip companies including Next, Tesco, Dixons Carphone, The Range, DHL and Amazon.
Anthony McCluskie, director, UK asset management, Logicor, says: “We’re particularly pleased with the practical completion of this project as it poses a great asset to the area which has a severe lack of immediately available grade A stock." (mw)
