From lingerie to denim
Levi Strauss & Co. has appointed Chris Callieri as senior vice-president and chief supply chain officer, effective 15 September. Reporting to president and CEO Michelle Gass, Callieri will oversee global supply chain operations for the Levi’s brand, including product development, sourcing, sustainability, distribution and logistics.
He joins LS&Co from Victoria’s Secret, where he also led supply chain operations across categories and regions. Earlier, he held senior roles at Tory Burch, where he introduced planning and IT systems and set up the company’s sustainability team, as well as at Adidas, HRC Advisory and A.T. Kearney.
Gass said Callieri’s appointment comes at "a pivotal moment" as LS&Co advances its direct-to-consumer strategy. Callieri stressed his commitment to strengthening supply chain agility and sustainability while supporting Levi’s position as a global denim brand. (ah)
