Fulfilment firm grows with Garbe
Fulfilment specialist VAH Jager is expanding its operations at the Oberkrämer logistics park northwest of Berlin, leasing an additional 10,000 square metres from Garbe industrial. The company already occupies a 30,000-square-metre facility at the site and is now increasing capacity. "With the new lease, one of the two logistics units that we added to the Oberkrämer hall, is now occupied," said Adrian Zellner, Member of the Garbe industrial executive board. "Only one unit with around 10,000 sqm of space is currently vacant," he added.
The property, featuring 20 dock levellers and two ground-level sectional doors, forms part of a 146,000-square-metre development in the "Vehlefanz" industrial estate. "We chose this location to ensure optimal and modern order processing, as well as enable further growth together with our existing customers," said Ina Woryna, Managing Director of VAH Jager. (js)
