Geodis lifts survey scores


Geodis has reported improved results in its 2025 global customer survey.

 

Conducted by Ipsos between 24 April and 2 June, the survey was offered in 16 languages and sent to over 60,000 customers, achieving a record response rate of 15% with more than 9,000 replies. Overall satisfaction reached 92%, while the 'net promoter score' rose from 36 in 2024 to 39 this year. The survey also recorded 94% satisfaction in commercial relations, reflecting the quality of client engagement according to Geodis.

 

Respondents highlighted time savings and better operational management through streamlined processes, with Geodis teams noted for their effectiveness in addressing issues quickly. Ipsos was awarded with the contract in order to ensure the survey’s independence and GDPR compliance. (js)
