Green light for Kirchheim site
Developer Four Parx has received approval to build a commercial and logistics complex in Kirchheim-Heimstetten near Munich. The project, undertaken on behalf of investor Quincap investment partners, will be developed on a 76,500 sqm site. Two buildings with a total of around 52,500 sqm of rental space are planned for commercial, production and logistics use.
Construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2025. According to Four Parx the design focuses on architectural quality, sustainability and flexibility to accommodate both local SMEs and international firms. Kirchheim’s first mayor Stephan Keck welcomed the project as a boost for the local economy, noting the partnership approach with Four Parx and Quincap. (js)
