Heger heads DHL GF in Germany and Switzerland
DHL Global Forwarding has appointed Felix Heger as CEO for Germany and Switzerland (DECH), effective 1 November 2025. He succeeds Markus Panhauser, who becomes SVP Global LCL, overseeing the company’s worldwide less-than-container-load operations. Heger will join the European Management Board and report to Tobias Schmidt, CEO DHL Global Forwarding Europe.

Heger has more than 20 years of logistics and supply chain experience, including 15 years in senior international roles at DHL. He previously led DHL’s ocean freight businesses in Europe and Germany, developed the Life Sciences & Healthcare portfolio, and launched DGF China Rail in Europe. (ah)
