International consortium takes over DHL Fashion France
DHL Fashion France has been taken over by a consortium of five companies. The DHL subsidiary, which had been wholly owned by its parent company up to the takeover, is continuing business under the name Fashion Partner Group. The new enterprise, headquartered in Saint-Denis (France) is the country’s leading transport and logistics service provider for fashion and lifestyle products. As a member of the logistics network Fashionet AG, Fashion Partner Group is responsible for distributing high-value garments to retailers across Europe. The new group’s partners are two French companies, the Swiss logistics firm M + R Spedag Group AG, based in Muttenz near Basel, Traconf from Verona (Italy) and the German enterprise DTL GmbH, which has its head office in Dieburg near Darmstadt.
