Laurels for DSV, Geis and Noerpel

IDS Logistik, Germany’s largest general cargo alliance, announced that DSV Road came top in its 2018 quality ranking list. Second place went to Geis, and third place to Nörpel. The 2018 “shooting star” was Rieck's depot in Dresden. Due to a range of quality measures, the facility moved up 27 places in the list within a year.

In 2017, DSV Road was ranked fourth in the IDS list, thus narrowly missing the winners’ podium. Geis has held one of the top places for many years. The forwarder took first place in 2015, and then second place in 2016 and 2017.

To ascertain the annual ranking, IDS evaluates its partners’ service quality, including punctuality, damage ratios and the results of quality audits. (ben)
