Leadership change at Lakeway Link
Lakeway Link has appointed Per Zandrén as its new CEO, effective 4 November 2025. He succeeds Göran Söderdahl, who returns to the company’s board after overseeing the launch of the Gdynia–Södertälje RoRo route.
Zandrén joins from Aditro Logistics (Posti Group) and brings over 15 years of leadership experience from roles at Transdev and DHL. "We’ll build on reliable service and strong customer ties while continuing the modal shift from road to sea," Zandrén said.
Lakeway Link’s vessel "m/s Lakeway Express" offers trailer-based freight services between Poland and Sweden. From 2027, the route will extend to Västerås following the Södertälje lock reconstruction. Chairman Johan Mattsson praised Söderdahl’s role in establishing the business and welcomed Zandrén as the right profile to lead its next growth phase. (ah)
