
Leadership transition at CVI
CVI, a provider of logistics and trade compliance services from NorfolkVA (USA), has announced a change in its executive leadership, with Michael King stepping down as chief financial officer of CVI and Capes, effective 1 July, after 17 years in the role.
He played a key role in guiding both companies through phases of growth and market change. King will remain with the organisation as a member of the board of directors.
Jeff Underwood has taken over as CFO. He brings more than three decades of financial experience, including 23 years in the maritime sector. His previous positions include roles at Maersk and the port of Virginia.
President and CEO Mike Coleman thanked King for his long-standing contribution and welcomed Underwood to the leadership team .
