Logistics park finds new tenant

In Egelsbach (Germany), Frasers Property Industrial has secured online wholesaler TB International as a tenant. TB International is a B2B online wholesaler for urban textile products and accessories.

The company has leased a warehouse and logistics hall with approximately 9,600 sqm in the Frasers Park Egelsbach area in the economically and internationally important Rhine-Ruhr region.

To preserve biodiversity, the project developer created a 5,000 sqm wall lizard habitat and insect hotels on the site during construction, among other things, and settled bee colonies there. In the multi-user park, up to four tenants can operate simultaneously on the site. (sh)
