Loxxess extends management team

Loxxess AG, a specialist for outsourcing projects in industrial and commercial logistics, has named Gregor Buder as its managing director for Poland and Czechia. He will be a member of the holding’s seven-strong managerial team and succeeds Charles Lewis, who officially retired on 1 July, but who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity. CEO Claus-Peter Amberger expects Buder to trigger off special impulse in the field of lean management. Buder, who worked for Ceva Logistics (TNT Logistics) for the past nine years, also spent twelve years with the forwarding company Peter Amberger Spedition and, as manager of the storage division, developed logistics solutions for textiles (the central warehouse Eastern Europe of the brands Reebok, Bally Shoes, Salomon Wintersport), foodstuffs (Hipp child nutrition products) and automobiles (factory supplies for Audi).
