Panattoni building warehouse for fashion retailer
The industrial real estate specialist Panattoni Europe is set to build a new warehouse in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Poland) for the fashion company H&M. Construction work will start in February and end in autumn 2017.
When finally finished, the distribution centre will cover 30,000 sqm, split into storage space, offices and staff facilities. The facility will comply with the principles of sustainable development, as did the first warehouse that the property developer built for the fashion retailer.
Marek Dobrzycki, managing director, Panattoni Europe, remarked: “The ideas of sustainable development are very dear to us, and that is why we are looking forward to developing another eco-project with a client as demanding as H&M.” (rf)
