Patrick Kelleher new GXO CEO
GXO Logistics has appointed Patrick Kelleher as its new CEO, effective 19 August. Kelleher brings 33 years of global supply chain experience with him, most recently as CEO North America at DHL Supply Chain. GXO chairman Brad Jacobs praised Kelleher’s expertise in automation, engineered solutions and logistics innovation.
Kelleher, who will be based at GXO’s global HQ in Greenwich, Connecticut, succeeds Malcolm Wilson. His track record includes four recent M&As and pioneering DHL’s robotics rollout.
"GXO is leading the logistics sector, and I look forward to delivering further innovation and value," Kelleher said. GXO operates more than 1,000 sites worldwide with 150,000 staff and over 18.5 million sqm of warehouse space. (ah)
