PAV Haulage finds new home in London
DP World has announced that PAV Haulage will move into a new 9,000 sqm facility at London gateway logistics park in Q1 2026. The company has signed a 20-year lease, including plans for further expansion onto an adjacent plot to accommodate extensive HGV parking, supporting PAV Haulage's commercial growth.
The facility, known as LG94, has been constructed to meet DP World's sustainability standards, boasting an EPC rating of A and a Breeam excellent certificate, along with rooftop solar panels for renewable energy supply. Alan Holland, CEO of DP World London Gateway, expressed confidence in the park's strategic location and its ability to support PAV Haulage's next phase. Dean Mills, CEO of PAV Haulage, highlighted that the new warehouse positions the company at the forefront of smart logistics. The logistics park, with significant recent expansion, is set to create new jobs and enhance supply chain resilience across the UK.
