Pavel Kveten appointed CEO of Girteka Logistics
As of 1 December 2025, Pavel Kveten has been appointed CEO of Girteka Logistics, Europe's largest asset-based road transport company. In this new role, he will prioritise enhancing business management processes, boosting operational efficiency and steering the company's transformation to deliver increased value for customers and stakeholders. Edvardas Liachovičius, CEO of Girteka Group, expressed confidence in Kveten's return, emphasising the need for a leader with extensive industry experience to navigate the challenges of the logistics sector profitably.
Pavel Kveten returns to Girteka with over a decade of experience, having previously led transport and operational teams within the company. His recent tenure at Everwest involved expanding into new markets such as China and Kazakhstan, where he strengthened management structures and processes. Kveten's leadership has been pivotal in guiding multinational teams through various challenges, including market fluctuations and the pandemic.
