Import traffic – with a throughput of 2.7 million t the more important of the two segments – rose by 19% compared to the same period of the previous year. Export traffic amounted to 550,000 t, a decrease of slightly more than 11% compared to H1/2018.
In the first half of 2019, water-based container throughput amounted to 62,907 teu, down 16% from the 74,656 teu in H1/2018, which was a particularly successful period for this segment. (cd)
