Quality alliance for global cargo
Emirates SkyCargo has signed a service quality agreement with Kuehne+Nagel, reinforcing their joint commitment to delivering consistently good performances in air cargo services.
The agreement includes specific performance metrics, including the NFD milestone (notification of freight delivery) to track on-time shipment updates.
The Dubai-based cargo carrier already ranks among the industry’s top providers, reporting a 96% performance in 90% of its networked shipments between January and April 2025, as per Cargo iQ data. Internally, the airline sets even higher standards: 92% of all shipments were flown as booked—rising to 98% out of Dubai.
Moaza Al Falahi (pictured on the right), Emirates' vice-president of cargo customer affairs and service audit, said the airline’s data-driven system ensures fast adjustments and customer reliability. The partnership complements Kuehne+Nagel’s own quality programme and highlights shared efforts to elevate global cargo standards through transparency, collaboration and digital connectivity. (ah)
