Quehenberger strengthens Tyrol presence
Quehenberger Logistics, part of the Geis Group, will take over the operations of ZZ-Agentur Stoll in Vomp, Tirol, effective 1 October 2025, subject to approval by competition authorities. With the acquisition, 24 employees and the Vomp site will be integrated into Quehenberger’s network, as the company reported. With the additional resources and capacities the company aims to provide logistics services locally under its own management and handle specialised business for customers more efficiently.
CEO and managing partner Christian Fürstaller said the takeover is a key step to expand special operations in Tirol while maintaining service quality. The company targets a seamless integration within existing structures, giving customers access to expanded capacities, regional presence and the expertise of a leading logistics provider. (js)
