SpecTec appoints director to boost customer success
Tom Davy has joined maritime software specialist SpecTec as its new Director of Customer Success. The move supports SpecTec’s strategy to enhance customer-centric innovation and strengthen long-term partnerships across the shipping sector. Davy brings extensive logistics and tech experience to the role, with a focus on tailored service and operational support.
He will lead initiatives to align SpecTec’s asset management solutions with evolving industry needs. "With 90% of trade moving by sea, there’s huge potential to support our customers’ growth," Davy said. SpecTec CEO Adam Dennett added: "Tom’s vision will help us exceed customer expectations and deliver real value."
Founded in Norway in 1985, SpecTec, provider of the AMOS software platform, operates globally with 80 staff in 12 offices and is part of the Volaris Group. (ah)
