S.T.C. offers new Libyan groupage service
The Italian company S.T.C. Servizio Trasporti Combinati has launched a new groupage transport service to and from Libya. The Genoa-based company, which has been operating in North Africa since 1981 and which has a direct presence in Tripoli, is managing the new service in partnership with Tarabulus Shipping Agency.
The new offer guarantees a transit time of six days between warehouses in Genoa, Paris or Marseille (France) and Tripoli, from where the goods can be dispatched to all major towns in Libya. After the goods are unloaded in Tunis, they are forwarded by road to Tripoli. The trading office in Tunis guarantees the necessary transit operations at the ports of Tunis Rades and La Goulette, as well as at the Ras Jedir and Dihba borders.
