Sunrock powers Picnic fulfilment site
Picnic and Sunrock are deepening their energy partnership with a new rooftop PV system at Picnic’s automated fulfilment centre in Dordrecht (Netherlands).
The 1.6 MWp installation aims to supply around 30% of the facility’s energy needs, with all electricity used on-site due to local grid constraints.
The partnership already includes operational solar projects in Berkel en Rodenrijs, Berlin and Hamm. Picnic aims to cut emissions and reduce grid dependence through smart energy use.
