Teleport, Air Central boost Air Silk Road
Teleport, the logistics arm of Capital A, has signed an MoU with China Central Longhao Airlines (Air Central China) to strengthen air cargo links between China and Southeast Asia.
The agreement, sealed at the Zhengzhou–Kuala Lumpur Air Silk Road Forum, supports Malaysia’s vision of making Kuala Lumpur airport a trade gateway. It includes an interline deal that connects Air Central’s hubs in Xi’an and Hangzhou, as well as links from Delhi, Hanoi and Osaka, with Teleport’s network spanning more than 290 cities in 80+ countries.
The partnership aims to speed up cargo flows, reduce transit times and meet rising demand on one of Asia’s fastest-growing trade corridors. With China–ASEAN trade reaching USD692 billion in August 2025, the cooperation underscores both airlines’ role in driving regional growth and seamless cross-border logistics. (ah)
