Turkish Cargo adds four more 777Fs

Turkish Cargo is expanding its freighter fleet with four additional Boeing 777Fs, bringing the total to twelve aircraft by mid-2026. The latest delivery marks the ninth 777F to join the fleet, supporting the carrier’s growth strategy centred on widebody freighters.

"This expansion adds around 220,000 t of annual capacity and strengthens both sustainability and operational efficiency," said chief cargo officer Ali Türk. The aircraft will mainly serve long-haul routes to the Americas and Far East.

Boeing’s Paul Righi added that the 777F’s capacity and range will further enhance Turkish Cargo’s global reach. The airline currently serves more than 350 destinations in 134 countries and plans to grow its freighter fleet from 28 to 44 under Turkish Airlines’ 2033 Vision. (ah)
