"Women aren’t just participating in logistics"

Pallet-Track and its Northern Irish partner, TST group, joined women in logistics UK to host an industry event focused on Ireland’s evolving logistics challenges. Held at TST’s Ballymena depot, the event explored cross-border transport, Brexit, and the Windsor Framework’s impact on trade. The event was chaired by TST managing director Maire Claire Reid and women in logistics co-founder Ruth Waring.

Speakers included TST’s Debbie Patterson, Kelly Donnelly and Michelle Scott, as well as Pamela Dennison of Fibrus and Charlene McGonagle of Henderson. "Women aren’t just participating in logistics; we’re shaping its future," said Reid. Pallet-Track, now a sponsor of women in logistics, underlined its commitment to diversity, with 56% of its senior leadership team being female as Freya Sangha of Pallet-Track stated. (js)
