Precision begins B757 conversion for Asia Pacific Airlines

Arranged by Aerolease Aviation, Hawaii (USA)-based Asia Pacific Airlines has acquired a B757-200 that is being converted at Flightstar Aviation in Jacksonville FL (USA). Re-delivery is expected in 120 days. The aircraft will return to service after conversion and will join two other Asia Pacific B757-PCF’s converted by Precision Aircraft Solutions.

Asia Pacific Airlines is currently transiting from B727 operations to the B757, aiming to achieve significant range and reach with the necessary performance, flexibility and fuel savings.

President Adam Ferguson: "We are thrilled to have a third PCF aircraft joining our fleet as the demand for our service expands. The B757 performs extremely well under the demanding route structure of the Pacific Theatre operations that require a long range and high payload." (ah)
