25 years in business

The logistics company Global Logistik Internationale Spedition GmBH (GLI) celebrated its 25th anniversary in November 2016. The Hansa Meyer Global subsidiary currently focuses on the Middle East region, the Commonwealth of Independent States and Iran.


Today, GLI transports more than 100,000 freight t per annum between Europe and Iran. GLI quickly became one of the experienced forwarding companies in the region due to its business and networking skills and knowledge of local laws, regulations and conditions.


"We benefit from our long-standing and valuable business relationships being backed up by the global group network. This allows us to address every customer requirement flexibly," said managing director Peter Jentzsch.


GLI, which now has 25 people on its payroll, develops, inter alia, comprehensive transport concepts for shipping by road, rail, sea and air, plans and coordinates shipments of industrial plants, including oversized and heavyweight goods etc from Europe to Teheran.
