A cabin in the woods
With the takeover of the Germany wood logistics company Bruno Reimann Rhenus is acquiring expertise in raw wood logistics and the marketing of cut, residual wood and wood fuel, among other things.
Bruno Reimann has its headquarters in Bad Harzburg, Lower Saxony, and is active in the entire timber value chain. The firm owns three freight stations in the region.
Founded in 1948, the company is now managed by Klaus Reimann, the founder’s grandson. It will remain an independent unit within the Rhenus Group. Heiner Höfkes, managing director of Rhenus Forest Logistics, will join Klaus Reimann in the management team. (sh)
