A new location in Gdynia

With already more than 30 existing locations in Poland, including major contract logistics sites in Wrocław, Poznań and Piła, Ceva Logistics has now opened a new office in Gdynia, Poland.

This new freight management office is home to members of the company’s ocean freight and industrial projects and energy Services (IP&ES) teams. It also serves as the rail control tower for Europe. With direct port services now in both Gdynia and Gdańsk, Ceva offers a number of direct LCL connections between Europe, North America and Asia Pacific—including Hong Kong, Ningbo and Shanghai.

The company has already launched weekly services from Chicago to Gdynia, including pick-up services from anywhere in USA. LCL short sea shipments to Tilbury are also handled via the Port of Gdynia, originating from other cities in Eastern Europe and beyond, including Bratislava, Hamburg and Prague. (sh)
