ABL takes over SCF
Asian Bulk Logistics (ABL Group) has completed the acquisition of SCF Containers, securing full ownership of the Australian-based provider of container solutions with operations spanning Australia and New Zealand. The transaction follows the completion of all requirements and further expands ABL’s integrated logistics and infrastructure portfolio.
SCF Containers operates a nationwide network offering a wide spectrum of container-related services, including leasing, sales, design and maintenance. Its asset base covers general cargo containers, refrigerated units, tank containers, intermodal equipment, site storage solutions and modular remote accommodation modules.
