Aldar secures logistics assets
Aldar has completed an AED 570 m acquisition of two Grade A logistics and industrial assets from AD Ports Group's KEZAD project, expanding its UAE logistics portfolio. Developed by KEZAD Group and leased to major tenants Noon and Emtelle, these facilities cover a combined area of over 136,000 sqm. The assets provide direct connectivity to Khalifa port, Etihad Rail and key highways, supporting regional and international distribution, with the Noon facility acting as an e-commerce fulfilment centre and Emtelle serving the telecom manufacturing sector.
This strategic move reinforces Aldar's leading role in the UAE's growing industrial and logistics market, aligning with its goal to broaden its diversified income streams and expand its logistics platform. Industry leaders see this deal as a sign of strong market confidence and the resilience of the assets, which are strategically located for long-term occupancy and stable revenue, as the UAE continues to strengthen its position as a regional trade hub.
