ANA Cargo: more transpac capacity

Starting in exactly one month, on 23 April 2021, All Nippon Airways (ANA) will employ B777F on cargo flights between Los Angeles and Tokyo NRT. The Japanese carrier opted to use the Triple Seven for this service because ot its maximum load capacity at roughly 100 t, approximately double the capability of the B767F.

Toshiaki Toyama, ANA EVP and ANA Cargo president: "We are proud to have a fleet of capable aircraft that is able [...] support global supply chains in operation at this critical time."

ANA is responding to the growing demand between Asia and North America, such as automobile parts from Japan and perishables from the USA. These goods will be delivered as far as Southeast Asia via NRT. It is the latest route to welcome ANA's B777F, following the connections to Bangkok, Chicago, Frankfurt and Shanghai. (ah)
