Arvato expands hyperscaler services
Arvato has expanded its hyperscaler logistics services to the United Arab Emirates, launching operations in Dubai CommerCity free zone to support a global cloud provider.
The move combines Arvato’s supply chain and e-commerce expertise with that of ATC, a specialist in data center logistics acquired earlier this year. Services cover transportation, warehousing and white-glove delivery of sensitive data center equipment, adapted to local requirements for customs clearance and regulatory compliance as Arvato reported.
"Launching operations in the UAE is a strategic move for us, both geographically and in terms of industry growth," stated Umur Ozkal (pictured middle), managing director Türkiye and UAE at Arvato. ATC leads last-mile handling of critical infrastructure, while Arvato integrates freight forwarding, warehousing, project coordination and global systems into a supply chain solution for hyperscaler customers.
