B&H support Asia-Pacific A320neo teardown
B&H Worldwide successfully supported AerFin's first A320neo teardown in the Asia-Pacific region, completed at SIA Engineering Philippines within 30 days. The process released high-quality used parts to bolster regional supply chains, aiding operators and MROs with quicker access to components. B&H's Singapore team coordinated logistics, customs and secure transportation, with components stored and tracked via their FirstTRAC platform for full transparency and rapid availability. This project, part of AerFin's expanding A320neo inventory, demonstrates B&H's regional logistics strength and commitment to enabling efficient aircraft disassembly and component distribution.
Following a prior successful A330-200 teardown, these collaborations reinforce B&H's position as a trusted logistics partner. Stuart Allen highlighted the seamless process from disassembly to warehousing, showcasing their technical expertise and regional infrastructure. AerFin's Paul Ashcroft emphasised that regional asset recovery enhances response times and customer service, vital in the competitive Asia-Pacific aviation market. These projects underline the importance of precision, coordination and regional logistics capability in supporting the growing aircraft aftermarket demand in the region.
