
Bacardi strengthens supply chain leadership
Bacardi has promoted Nicole Zukowski to Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective January 2026. She will join the global leadership team, based in Bermuda, and oversee the company’s worldwide supply chain, spanning sourcing, production and logistics across Bacardi’s 200-brand portfolio. Previously VP of North America Supply Chain, she managed facilities including the Puerto Rico rum distillery, "Angel's Envy" bourbon production and US bottling sites.
Succeeding her, Guillermo Donayre becomes Senior Vice President North America Supply Chain. He will also retain responsibility for "Patron" tequila and agave production in Mexico. With three decades in logistics, procurement and manufacturing across Latin America, Donayre adds extensive operational expertise to Bacardi’s regional supply chain. (ah)
