Bringer achieves milestone at Navegantes

Bringer Air Cargo has made history by operating the first-ever international wide-body freighter, a Boeing 767-300F, to land at Navegantes airport (NVT) in Santa Catarina, Brazil. This significant event marks a pivotal moment for the airport and the regional logistics community, enhancing connectivity between the United States and southern Brazil. Initially, Bringer Air Cargo will conduct weekly flights, with plans to increase to three or four weekly services as demand grows.

This accomplishment stems from a vision initiated in 2019, which faced delays due to the pandemic and regulatory hurdles. Bringer Air Cargo undertook comprehensive technical and infrastructure assessments with its consulting team, leading to essential airport upgrades. These included extending the runway by 100 m and enhancing manoeuvring areas to facilitate the safe arrival of the wide-body aircraft, which has a payload capacity of up to 50 t. The successful launch of the MIA–NVT route reinforces Bringer's commitment to fostering trade opportunities and supporting global supply chains with scalable airfreight solutions.
