BS Trailers streamlines support
BS Trailer Services has managed to reduce vehicle downtime by switching its out-of-hours call service to TNS 365.
The Leighton Buzzard-based English firm, which operates nearly 2,000 trailers and 200 trucks, offers rental, sales and maintenance services. After 25 years with its previous provider, BS Trailer Services trialed TNS 365 and quickly saw benefits, including faster response times and improved transparency.
TNS 365's interactive dashboard allows real-time updates and job status notifications. The contact centre, which handles over 200 jobs daily, provides 24/7 support for commercial vehicle breakdowns in the UK, aiming to help BS Trailer Services maintain standards of reliability. (js)
