Cargojet picks Vito Cerone
Vito Cerone has joined Cargojet as senior vice president international. His previous position was vice president of cargo sales & commercial strategy at Air Canada. Cerone has held several senior leadership roles within the cargo business during more than 30 years in the aviation industry.
”Cerone is a recognised expert in the global logistics industry and highly respected for his global relationships and commercial acumen,” said Ajay Virmani, president and COO.
Cerone holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University. His task will be to lead and implement Cargojet’s international expansion and expand Cargojet’s charter, ACMI and interline partnerships. (cj)
