Ciblex boosting traceability
Ciblex, an express and courier services provider, has partnered with supply chain technology provider Zetes to drive end-to-end digitalisation of its transport and logistics operations.
With over 450,000 parcels processed daily in 125 locations, the group has implemented ‘ZetesMedea’ to streamline loading processes. and ‘ZetesChronos’ for real-time delivery tracking and proof of delivery. The project also supports Ciblex’s integration of ‘Relais Colis’, which started in 2022. The company reports improved label scanning and data automation through Zetes software.
“The solution responds to a key industry challenge, namely – how can the work of drivers – from the loading bay to the end customer – be made easier?” asked Mélanie Ogier, the director of projects and innovation at Ciblex. (js)
